Welcome to ThinkDigits, Inc. (“ThinkDigits,” “we,” “our,” or “us”). We are a Michigan-based technology

company specializing in artificial intelligence (AI) products and services. These Terms of Use (the “Terms”)

govern your access to and interaction with all digital platforms operated by ThinkDigits, including our websites

and mobile applications hosted at thinkdigits.com, app.thinkdigits.com, and related domains (collectively, the

“Platform”).

By using or accessing any portion of the Platform, you agree to be legally bound by these Terms and our

Privacy Policy. If you do not accept these Terms, you must discontinue use of the Platform immediately.

royalty-free, perpetual license to use, distribute, reproduce, and modify such content to deliver and improve

services. You affirm that you have the right to submit such content and that it does not violate any third-party rights.

7. THIRD-PARTY LINKS AND SERVICES

Our Platform may contain links to or integrations with third-party tools or websites. We are not responsible for

the practices, policies, or content of such third parties. Your interactions with them are at your own risk.

8. FEES & PAYMENT TERMS

12. GOVERNING LAW & VENUE

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Michigan, without regard to conflict of law principles.

All legal proceedings shall be brought in the appropriate state or federal courts located in Michigan, and you

consent to the exclusive jurisdiction and venue of such courts.
