Job Overview
We are building a core in-house platform and are looking for a Senior Full Stack Developer with deep hands-on experience, strong architectural understanding, and a high engineering bar. This role requires ownership across frontend, backend, database, and cloud, along with the ability to make sound technical decisions and adapt to evolving tools and technologies.
We value engineering fundamentals, clean architecture, scalability, and problem-solving skills over rigid adherence to specific tools.
Key Responsibilities
- Own end-to-end design, development, deployment, and maintenance of the application
- Design and implement scalable, secure, and maintainable architectures
- Build high-quality frontend applications with a focus on performance, usability, and clean design
- Develop robust, asynchronous backend services and APIs
- Design and optimize database schemas, queries, and data pipelines, including handling CSV and image data
- Ensure clean code, modular design, testing, and industry-standard development practices
- Make informed architecture and technology decisions, understanding trade-offs
- Leverage AI-assisted development tools to improve productivity and code quality while maintaining engineering rigor
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams and translate requirements into solid technical solutions
- Review code, enforce best practices, and mentor engineers when required
- Support deployment, monitoring, troubleshooting, and optimization in cloud environments
Note: Tools and frameworks are not restricted and may vary. We are looking for a strong technical engineer who can adapt, evaluate, and choose the right tools when needed.

Required Qualifications
- 6+ years of hands-on full stack development experience
- Strong understanding of system design, REST APIs, async programming, and cloud architecture
- Experience building and maintaining production-grade applications
- Solid knowledge of security best practices
- Ability to take ownership and work independently with minimal supervision
